A 30 minute call weekly or bi-monthly depending on the plan to answer questions and discuss progress
Weekly custom plans through Training Peaks
I would come to your race if required. (You would have to supply travel/lodging or we can work something out if a local race)
Private training session depending on plan. If local ... possibility for more one on one's or group sessions can be arranged.
Communication to Jenny through text, calls, or email for questions or changes
Minimum 3-6 month commitment
Training Camps (25% discount)
pay monthly (if pay 6 months in advance receive 10% discount)
Single sport coaching available /month (if pay 6 months in advance receive 10% discount)
